Have been waiting half an hour for my appointment to time keeping should be improved. Also my appointment was cancelled last minute yesterday with no explanation why.

You can get an appointment fairly quick. Helpful staff. GP is fantastic - as are the other doctors I've seen.

Difficult to get continuity seeing the same doctor even when using advanced booking. Dr Foley gave me hope getting to grips with my case.

The doctor I am seeing takes time to listen and is sympathetic. I have a major condition and this matters a lot. The reception staff are better than my previous surgery. Nursing staff are pleasant and professional.
